Citroen Dispatch in with DPF faults.
With 246000 miles on the clock the PAT fluid had been topped up several times, as you can see from the pictures the used PAT fluid accumulates within the DPF consequently blocking the exhaust!
We remove the DPF core and soak it with our patented detergent which softens & releases the PAT fluid from the core, it is then hooked up to our Flash Cleaner where it is effectively back flushed to remove all contaminants and leave the core clean and free flowing, once the fluid passing through the core is running clear it is dried, refitted and then allowed to run up to temperature on the vehicle to allow the vehicles ecu recognise that the blockage has gone👍
Once completed we reset the ecu, check additive level & top up if required before taking on an extended road test whilst monitoring live data to ensure everything is working as it should be👌
All done & ready to be returned to the owner.
