DPF investigation and repair on a Citroen Berlingo

Citroen Berlingo in for DPF investigation after a few other garages keep forcing regeneration!

Because we carry out our own thorough diagnostics we found the dpf to be clogged with additive and the additive tank empty!

We quickly removed the DPF for in house flash cleaning and refilled the additive tank.

Once the dpf was completely clean it was refitted all ECUs recalibrated and an extended road test carried out to ensure correct operation👍

You’ll see in the pictures the van hooked up to our air con machine as the ac pipe needs to be removed to access a DPF retaining bolt and refitted on completion☺️

All done and returned the same day meaning minimal downtime for this works van👍
