We disconnected his fuel tank from the engine and hooked up our machine… the first 20 minute run saw a dramatic change in engine tone & a significant amount of smoke out of the exhaust. We then leave our cleaning solution to soak for 20 minutes before a further 20 minute run… this time the engine was really quiet and the fuel pump had stopped rattling. after the hour cycle had finished the engine was hooked back up to its own fuel and the owner took it for a test run.
